Help with the Vii app.

Email agency@cocorefactors.com. Tell us your device, its iOS version, the Vii version (shown in TestFlight), and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Testing with TestFlight

Install Apple's free TestFlight app, then open the invite link from your group. To report a problem from inside Vii, take a screenshot and choose Share Beta Feedback, or open TestFlight, pick Vii, and tap Send Beta Feedback.

Camera or microphone not working

Open Settings, scroll to Vii, and switch on Camera or Microphone. Then return to the task.

Signing in through your class

If your instructor sent a link or QR code from your course, open it on your phone and Vii will take you to the right quest. If it doesn't, ask your instructor to check the link, then write to us.

Deleting your account

Email agency@cocorefactors.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it and its data. See the privacy policy.
